“Hi-Res AUDIO WIRELESS”ロゴの認証コーデックに、 aptX Adaptiveを追加

一般社団法人日本オーディオ協会（所在地：東京都港区、会長：小川理子）は、当協会がライセンスしております“Hi-Res AUDIO WIRELESS”ロゴの認証コーデックとして、aptX Adaptive (Qualcomm Technologies International, Ltd.)を新たに追加したことをお知らせいたします。
“Hi-Res AUDIO WIRELESS”ロゴ
TWS（完全ワイヤレスステレオ）に代表されるワイヤレスイヤホン、ヘッドホンの市場は急拡大しています。Qualcommが開発したaptX Adaptiveが ”Hi-Res AUDIO WIRELESS”ロゴの認定コーデックに加わることで、日本オーディオ協会は高音質で気軽に音楽を楽しむ機会がますます広まることに期待しています。
なお、“Hi-Res AUDIO WIRELESS”ロゴの対象製品は、認証コーデックを用いるだけでなく、ワイヤレス接続以外については、“Hi-Res AUDIO”ロゴの規格を満たす必要があります。
“Hi-Res AUDIO”ロゴ、” Hi-Res AUDIO WIRELESS”ロゴは、日本オーディオ協会の登録商標、または商標です。

Japan Audio Society ［JAS］ (Tokyo, Japan ; Chairperson: Michiko Ogawa) announces the addition of the following codec as certified codecs for “Hi-Res AUDIO WIRELESS” logo licensed by JAS.

The market of wireless earphones and headphones, such as TWS (True Wireless Stereo), is expanding rapidly. JAS expects to expand more and more the casual enjoying music with high sound quality with the addition of aptX Adaptive, as a certified codec for the “Hi-Res AUDIO WIRELESS” logo. Devices eligible for the “Hi-Res AUDIO WIRELESS” logo must not only use certified codecs, such as aptX Adaptive, but must also meet the standards for the “Hi-Res AUDIO” testing criteria for functions without wireless connection.
